The End of an Era - Our First Pallet System is Being Retired

As the old saying goes, "All good things must come to an end." And it is with a heavy heart that we announce the end of an era for our first Hitachi Seiki three-machine linear pallet pool system. This system, installed back in 2001, was the backbone of our production processes for more than two decades.

When it was first installed, it was an immediate game-changer for our shop. We were able to run production through the night, something that had never been possible before. The system quickly became the primary productivity system in our shop, allowing us to take on more jobs and grow our business.

Over the years, our team has worked tirelessly to maintain and upgrade the system to keep it running at its best. However, as technology continues to advance at an incredible pace, it has become clear that it's time to say goodbye to our trusty old system and embrace the latest high-speed machining technology available.

The new system we have invested in is designed to achieve 415 hours of continuous machining over all three machines per week, significantly increasing our productivity and efficiency. It is a significant investment, but one that we believe is necessary to stay competitive in an increasingly fast-paced industry.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our employees who have worked with the old system over the years. Their dedication and hard work have helped us achieve great success, and we know they will bring the same level of commitment to the new system.

As we move forward, we are excited about the possibilities that the new system will bring. We know that it will take some time to adjust to the new way of doing things, but we are confident that the benefits will be worth it. We are committed to staying at the forefront of machining technology, and we believe that this investment is a step in the right direction.

In conclusion, while it is the end of an era for our first three-machine pallet pool system, it is also the beginning of a new and exciting chapter for our business. We look forward to seeing the benefits that the new system will bring and continuing to serve our customers with the highest level of quality and efficiency.

This system is now listed in our store and is being offered through several used market sealers. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call or email. 805-523-2422 or info@mgius.com
