We have high-tonage breaks, pneumatic punch presses and large capacity shears. Our 80-ton breaks are capable of forming metal up to .375" thick; our pneumatic punch press can punch metal up to .187" thick and 40" wide x 70" long. Our outstanding craftsmen are capable of manufacturing components that normally require very specific machines, at a much cheaper price. Mechanical Assemblies

Given our low overhead rates and impeccable quality rating, we will improve your bottom line by performing your mechanical assembly work.

4 & 5 Axis Milling

We utilize Toyoda and Hitachi Seiki 4-axis mills on two production pools with 99 total pallets.

Vertical Mills

We can perform most 5th Axis work on our vertical mills.

Electrical Discharge Machining

Although EDM is storied for holding tight tolerances, we have also found it to be a material cost saver because of the high yield ratio.

Lathe and Turn

We have multi-axis turning capability with mill-turn machines: diameters ranging from .015" to 22" and length up to 40 inches.

MGI adds value to your operation by providing RFI/EMI Shielding, nameplates & labels, die-cutting & gasketing, and bonding.

- All nameplate and label materials are certified and conform to customer requirements. We manufacture nameplates through the utilization of screen printing, chemical and electro-chemical etching, sub-surface anodizing, and machine engraving. We also fabricate nameplates in accordance with military specifications: GG-P-455, Mil-P-19834, Mil-P-15024.

- MGI utilizes laser-generated steel rule dies to hold the tightest tolerances with RFI/EMI suppressants, aluminum, rubber, mylar, foil, epoxy glass, Kapton film, and other high temperature insulators.

- We are experts with neoprene, silicone rubber, aluminum honey-comb, oriented wire, expanded monel, and mu metal.

- We use Mil-Spec adhesives and primers that are certified and traceable to the source of manufacture.
