We are bringing in 3 Toyoda Horizontal mills that will be linked together with a robotic railway system and 66 interchangeable pallets. The pads were poured with 24 inch deep concrete and the long railway is 18 inch deep. This new system will complement our existing Hitachi robotic 36 pallet machining center along with the other automated horizontal Toyoda and Mori Seiki machining centers that are already in place. In the long run, we hope that prospective customers realize that we are their “one stop” fabrication source (machining, turning, sheet metal, gasketing etc).

Additionally, MGI has expanded facilities and is completing the transition of 3 key departments to the new site. Final Assembly, Quality Assurance, and our administrative offices will reside in our new 8,000ft2 facility.
