Machining - the Backbone of our Operation

MGI utilizes 4-Axis 24/7 Toyoda Mills and customer provided Pro/E, Solidworks (CATIA, etc) 3-D models or 2-D prints to manufacture simple and complex machined parts.

Electrical Discharge Machining & Lathe

We have wire and sinker EDM expertise to machine parts to tolerances up to .0001" with dimensions of 13"x17." MGI can provide for your lathe/turning needs, as well.

Sheet Metal

We began as a company in 1975 building nameplates. Although we now offer complex machining, we maintained our Sheet Metal Expertise.

Mechanical Assemblies

We also support our customers by supplying Mechanical Assemblies.
